PROJECT INFORMATION:
The city of Powell would like a master plan to determine the
potential of existing facilities for serving annexed lands,
outlying users, and other proposed development. This master
plan will measure current capacity, current/future excess
capacity, potential for expansion, the need/location for
additional storage, determine adequacy of fire flows for
the current system and for an expanded system, and determine
adequacy of the existing system to meet needs for projected
population up to year 2025.
RECOMMENDED LEGISLATIVE ACTION:
The WWDC recommends the project be incorporated into the New
Development Program at Level I status with an appropriation of
$45,000.
