PROJECT INFORMATION:
The Targhee Town Water Company, which represents the unincorporated community of Alta, is
seeking a Level I Master Plan study of their domestic water system. The original system was built in
the mid 1970's and over time has had trouble meeting water needs of the community. The system is
operating at capacity and is in need of modernization. A master plan study would provide the
sponsor with the information and plan needed to update the system in the future.
RECOMMENDED LEGISLATIVE ACTION:
The WWDC recommends the project be incorporated into the Rehabilitation Program at Level I with
an appropriation of $50,000.
