PROJECT INFORMATION:
The Oakley Subdivision organized as the Oakley Improvement and Service District and received a
2001 Level III appropriation in the amount of $176,000 to construct a 4 inch transmission line from
the Kemmerer-Diamondville Joint Powers Board hookup in Diamondville and running along
Wyoming Highway 30 across the Hams Fork River and Union Pacific railroad into Oakley. The
Sponsor's 50% funding was obtained as a loan from the Wyoming Drinking Water State Revolving
Fund. The project design, by Sunrise Engineering, Inc., was completed in Summer 2001. Project
construction was completed in November 2001.

No legislative action is required.
