PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This project entails completion of the connection of the Crestview Estates system to the Antelope
Valley system and rehabilitation of the existing Crestview well. Crestview completed an
agreement for the exchange of water with Antelope Valley in 2002. Negotiations with an
engineering firm to complete the design have commenced. Construction of the improvements is
expected in the fall of 2003.
RECOMMENDED LEGISLATIVE ACTION:
No legislative action is required.
