PROJECT INFORMATION:
North Canal Irrigation Company diverts 40.38 cfs out of Swift Creek near Afton. The Company
holds a territorial water right to this appropriation but due to an aged infrastructure the Company
has difficulty delivering water to its irrigators. The Company would like a Level I reconnaissance
level study of its system to determine all options available to them to improve their system.
RECOMMENDED LEGISLATIVE ACTION:
The WWDC recommends the project be incorporated into the Rehabilitation Program at Level I
with an appropriation of $60,000.
