Proposed Changes to WWDC Operating Criteria

The Water Development Commission is considering the adoption of revised Operating Criteria of the Wyoming Water Development Commission. The June 4, 2015 operating criteria are being updated because of statutory changes and to further clarify the eligibility of project costs in the Water Development Program. Additionally, the program is seeking a 10% cost share from project sponsors on all Level I planning studies.

Two versions of the proposed revisions are being provided 1) A clean version showing how the document will read if all of the proposed revisions are accepted (PDF pages 1-58), and 2) An underline/strikeout version showing language proposed to be added (underline) and language proposed to be removed (strikeout)(PDF pages 59-118).
