Proposed Changes to WWDC Rules

A new Chapter 8 is proposed detailing the process for Delegation of Duties in the Wyoming Water Development Program.

Two versions of the proposed revisions are being provided 1) A clean version showing how the document will read if all of the proposed revisions are accepted (PDF pages 5 through 8), and 2) An underline/strikeout version showing language proposed to be added (underline) and language proposed to be removed (strikeout) (PDF pages 9 through 12).
