PROJECT INFORMATION:
The project is a Level III request for $110,000 for construction
of a new water tank. An analysis of the storage needs of
Centennial was conducted by Coffey and Associates, L.L.C.
The tank would be located at the same site and elevation as
the existing tank and would not interfere with the hydraulics
of the system. Additional analysis may be needed during the
final design.
RECOMMENDED LEGISLATIVE ACTION:
The WWDC recommends the project be incorporated in the New
Development Program at Level III with an appropriation of
$110,000. The financing plan includes a 60% grant and a
40% loan, $44,000 at 7.25% interest for 30 years.
