The Construction Division of the Wyoming Water Development Office consists of seven staff members. All staff members are registered Professional Engineers licensed to work in the State of Wyoming. The Construction Division administers those projects which have advanced through the planning phases, (Level I and Level II), and are authorized for construction.
Acting upon the recommendations of the Wyoming Water Development Commission and the Select Water Committee, the Wyoming State Legislature authorizes and approves each construction project and the associated appropriations, provides time schedules and specific instructions and restrictions. The Construction Division coordinates with each project sponsor to assist and oversee the implementation of the statutory directives for each project.
