PROJECT INFORMATION:
The water supply system for the North End Water Users was constructed in
1964 and supplies water to 205 taps north of Powell. The system has
experienced considerable growth over the years and is experiencing
difficulty meeting demands. The potential to connect to the Big Horn
Basin Rural project has been suggested. The area presently depends on
wells in the southern portion of their service area. The study will
determine the required facility expansion, prepare preliminary designs
and cost estimates and prepare the project reports.
Sunrise Engineering is conducting the Level I analysis.
RECOMMENDED LEGISLATIVE ACTION:
No legislative action is required.
