PROJECT INFORMATION:
The Town of Pinedale is sponsoring a Level III construction project to replace their supply intake
in Fremont Lake with a new, deeper, and protected intake. Unprecedented low snow pack
dropped water levels in Fremont Lake to a point where ice formation damaged the existing intake.
The project authorized will allow the town to cover the line with a protective rock overlay. The
project is nearly complete and should be completed in early 2003.
RECOMMENDED LEGISLATIVE ACTION:
No legislative action is necessary.
