Consultant Selection
Prospective consultants and subconsultants who have not submitted a Statement
of Qualification to the Wyoming Water Development Commission since May 1, 2012,
must complete and submit three (3) copies of a Statement of Qualification consisting of
a letter of transmittal and a completed standard form 254. Prospective consultants and
subconsultants may include any supplemental information deemed appropriate with
their Statement of Qualification. Please provide an e-mail address for
correspondence related to this process.
Firms or individuals wishing to be considered as prime consultants must submit
three (3) copies of a Statement of Interest, consisting of a letter of transmittal and a
completed standard form 255, for each project the consultant is interested in pursuing.
Copies of standard forms 254 and 255 may be accessed by the links listed below
or by contacting the WWDC directly.
Consultants requested to prepare proposals on each project will be selected by
the WWDC, as per W.S. 9-2-1031, using information contained in the Statements of
Qualification of the prime consultant and any subconsultants, and the Statement of
Interest of the prime consultant.
