The Wyoming Water Development Commission (WWDC) and Legislature's Select Water Committee (SWC) are proposing revisions to the "Operating Criteria of the Wyoming Water Development Program." Written comments on the revised criteria may be provided on or before October 21, 2011 to the Wyoming Water Development Office (WWDO), 6920 Yellowtail Road, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002 or by e.mailing the Director at mike.purcell@wyo.gov. In addition, comments will be received at a public hearing being conducted by the WWDC and SWC at 1:00 p.m. on November 2, 2011 at the Office of the Oil and Gas Commission. 2211 King Boulevard, Casper, Wyoming.
