PROJECT INFORMATION:
This project provided funding for the design of the raw water transmission facilities for the
irrigation of the Kendrick Golf Course, which is owned and operated by the city of Sheridan. The
current system is in poor condition and is inefficient. The golf course receives its water supply
from the Sheridan Regional Water Supply System. These facilities also deliver water to the
Sheridan, Big Goose, and Veteran's Affairs Medical Center water treatment plants. Rehabilitation
of the golf course irrigation system would provide more usable water for domestic use in the city
of Sheridan, Big Goose, and the Veteran's Affairs Medical Center. The project is scheduled for
completion in early 2003.
RECOMMENDED LEGISLATIVE ACTION:
No legislative action required.
